Had Charles Manson been an Islamist, his Trial may very well have not been over with at this writing. So pass the years that have been tangled with observing the Religious rights of Nidal Hasan by the Military Justice System.
 Its been years since the Victims of the Fort Hood shooting were laid to rest and still,all we hear of Hasan's Trial is all about his Beard.   As the Military Justice System observed the Religious Beliefs of Hasan for years....Judge Sotomayor totally denied Hobby Lobby Corporation the same. Hobby Lobby has filed suit against the Affordable Care Act and its requirements for Employers to Provide contraceptive coverage stating that it goes against the Company&Its founders Religious beliefs as Christians.Hobby Lobby is not alone in there efforts as there are 40 other such Suits threading there way through the Justice System.
 Question is......Has the American Judicial System so lost its way that the Religious Beliefs of others matters and Christianity means nothing?The Affordable Care Act is full of Religious Violations for the vast majority of the populous yet "We The People"watched as the crooked system shoved it down our throats anyway.Gutting Medicare along the way.
 Hasan's Case has been handled in such a way as to disrespect every Service Member in every branch of the Military and even more so the Victims as well as there Families.Lets not forget that this has been classified as Workplace Violence which is a travesty in itself. Hasan was being monitored, from his E-mails to his Phone Records and should have been stopped when contacts from his Homeland were found to be  corrupt. Yet he was not.
 Will the next vile Islamic Shooter caught on American Soil exercise his Religious Beard Rights to delay his own Trial?

   I've heard the word "Cliff" said so many times in the past 6 weeks that I've purchased Mountain Climbing gear,just in case! Least we  forget we've been down this road before.Remember when Washington was scaring Seniors to death as well as the Disabled &Military announcing that there would be no funds available to mail everyone there monthly checks. Fear spread and ShaZammm'!The Debt Ceiling was raised. Funny how that works.
   What wont be so humorous is when the heavily burdened Government incites those Obama Phone users when the time comes for there cuts. Right now they all feel warm and fuzzy with Obama's Inauguration only  weeks away. Just like his first 4 in office,he's gotten the uninformed's Vote for the last time(God willing)and they have served there purpose. Now there's Bigger fish to fry!
   Investors and Wealthy alike have been on a roller coaster ride for several years straight.There financial lives are no more stable than a Twinkie Makers. Yet during these unstable times Obamanus Caesar looks to add to the burden of both. Now that's a Shrewd Business Mind. Not!
Sadly our failed Golfer-In-Chief either knows the repercussions of over taxing the wealthy or its simply his plan to place more pressure on the backbone of America.
Charities all across our Nation rely upon the good will and philanthropy of those that participate. Charitable contributions undoubtedly will suffer if Tax Rates rise on the wealthy.A direct hit to the nations Millions of Unemployed,Homeless,Mentally Ill as well as Immigrants.
  "For it is not the Duty of the Taxpayer to repay fraudulently spent funds by our Government".
Yet that is Obama's answer to lowering the Nations debt.It will be a failed attempt at best as Obama decidedly tries to gouge the Taxpayer for an additional $800 Billion each year.That could be reduced by $1Billion just by making Michelle Obama travel locally! Minus another $1.4 Billion due to be sent to Egypt's dictator Morsi and his Brotherhood Henchmen in January.
 The list of Fat in Washington goes on and on and that's just the hand picked information made public.One can only guess at the amount of spending not publicly recorded. Its easy to do when you cant even reach a budget agreement in 4 years in office.Our Funds and our Government are being run as an Open Bank Account.Nothing on paper via a Budget Agreement makes it so much easier to take&spend without having to answer for it. Question is...Will a Budget be passed in the next 4 years?Or will it take 4 years to negotiate another Budget.
  Observing Obama and his lax administration makes them prime choices for Donald Trump's Apprentice! Dozens wouldn't last a day!
 As of this writing, there's still no Fiscal Deal.Are we certain these are not simply Holograms glaring at the cameras from the White House because there doesn't seem to be a sign of Human Life let alone any mathematical thinking occurring.
